With Piano 3.0, Tanja Zapolski explores the evolution of the piano – from the refined elegance of the Baroque era through Romantic passion, Impressionist color, and Modernist abstraction, to the new wave of minimalism and the sound worlds of today’s neo-electronic artists such as Nils Frahm and Hania Rani.
By bringing this new repertoire into classical concert halls, she bridges centuries of piano tradition with the aesthetics of our time.
Performed on acoustic piano, Piano 3.0 unfolds as a living dialogue between eras, revealing how the instrument keeps transforming its sound and expression.
